FDNY Mobile CPR Training Unit β€” June 13, 2026

Stuyvesant Square Park became a classroom for lifesaving skills on Saturday morning as the FDNY Mobile CPR Training Unit returned to the neighborhood for a free community training session.

Led by FDNY firefighters and certified American Heart Association instructors, participants learned the fundamentals of compression-only CPR and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in an emergency. Through hands-on practice and expert guidance, attendees gained practical skills and confidence that could one day help save a life.

We are grateful to New York’s Bravest for bringing this important public education program to the park and helping make our community safer, stronger, and better prepared to respond in an emergency.
