About SPNA

The Stuyvesant Park Neighborhood Association (SPNA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the Stuyvesant Square neighborhood of Manhattan. Our mission is to maintain and improve local parks, playgrounds, and other recreational spaces, protect the neighborhood’s residential character, and support community improvement initiatives.

We work closely with local and state authorities to address issues affecting our community, and we are committed to preserving historic buildings, monuments, and landmarks. Through volunteer efforts, advocacy, and careful stewardship of resources, SPNA aims to enrich the neighborhood while easing the burden on city services.
