Jana Hicks’s guided practice blends calming breathwork with energizing movement to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Open to all levels—no experience needed. Just bring a mat, water, and comfy clothes. Breathe deeply, move freely, and restore your energy in the park’s peaceful setting.
