Get ready for some four-legged fun! Join us in Stuyvesant Square Park (at the East Park Dog Run) for our annual Halloween Dog Parade, where creativity, cuteness, and costumes collide. The parade kicks off at 1:00 p.m., with judging starting at 1:45 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for:
