Tuesday Mornings: Shake Your Soul


Reconnect with your body and spirit: Join SPNA’s Ronni Aronow, a certified Shake Your Soul® facilitator, for a weekly session designed to help you relax, energize, and flow through movement, breathwork, and dance. Classes run Tuesdays 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. from May 6 through September.

 

Shake Your Soul®: The Yoga of Dance is a dynamic dance practice that blends Qigong and mindful movement set to the rhythms of world music. This welcoming practice is open to people of all ages and levels—no experience is required. Wear comfortable clothing, sneakers, and bring water.
